Opening Ceremony + Grounding Ritual (20 min)
We begin by entering sacred space with intention setting, breathwork, and energetic grounding. This ceremonial welcome calms the mind, opens the heart, and aligns you with the healing journey ahead.
Holy Fire® Reiki Healing Transmission (45 min)
Receive a high-frequency group Reiki experience to clear energetic blockages, elevate your vibration, and restore harmony across your body’s energy centers. This sacred transmission supports deep renewal and spiritual recalibration.
Sound Bath Meditation (20 min)
Surrender to the serene, healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This immersive sound experience promotes deep emotional release, energetic recalibration, and inner peace.
Journaling + Integration + Q&A (25 min)
We close our time together with intentional space for reflection, guided journaling prompts, and open discussion. Share insights, ask questions, and receive integration guidance to carry the medicine of the retreat forward.

The experience is approximately 2 hours long and includes energy healing, breathwork, journaling, sound therapy, and time for reflection. Herbal wisdom and intuitive readings can be added for an additional fee.

A quiet, comfortable space

A blanket, pillow, or yoga mat for comfort during energy healing
Optional: candles, crystals, essential oils—anything that helps create your sacred space

Everything is guided gently and intentionally. This experience is beginner-friendly and all practices are designed to be deeply nourishing regardless of your prior experience.

The investment for this sacred virtual experience is $49. This includes all live sessions, healing transmissions, and retreat materials. You’ll receive the full immersive experience from the comfort of your own sacred space.
