While trauma may surface naturally in the course of spiritual work, you are always invited to move at your own pace, opt out of practices, and prioritize your emotional safety. Nothing is forced, and personal responsibility and self-agency are central to this work.

All live sessions are recorded and made available to participants. While live attendance supports group energy and connection, you will still receive the full content and practices if you participate via replay.

Live sessions are approximately 120 minutes. Optional integration practices (journaling, rituals, or embodiment work) may take an additional 30–60 minutes per week. You are encouraged to honor your capacity—this work is about depth, not pressure.

In this program, Tarot is approached as a mirror of consciousness—similar to working with myths, symbols, or Jungian archetypes. It is not used for fortune-telling, spirit summoning, or external authority. All guidance emphasizes personal intuition, sovereignty, and discernment.
